CNC Tool Cart with a difference
In “Tool Wall” tools that are not in a machine have to
be in the Tool Wall storage system and not scattered
on tool carts all over the shop floor.
We therefore designed a “Tool Transfer Tray”
TTT40 (20 tools), TTT50 (10 tools) and the “Tool
Transfer Frame” TTF40 (40 tools, TTF50 (20
tools).
Place the Tool Transfer Tray on top of one of your
shop trolleys. Load it with the tools you want to
transfer.
When finished place the tray back to the storage
location. No tool carts clutter your shop floor, your
tools are organized and you do not have to spend
the money on tool carts.

The “Tool Transfer Tray” carries the tool holder by
engaging the tool taper. The tools will not rattle
around on the tool holder flange during transport.
This protects the tool label from damage.
