CNC Tool Data Management

Tool-Wall is a result of the “ NEED “ we had in an affiliate company that designs and manufactures hydraulic manifolds. Increasing the number of tools resulted in storage problems and we did not find anything on the market that provided the tool overview we wanted.

So we designed our own.

Tool-Wall was born.

 

The next problem confronting us was the question how to keep track of consumables and offsets. We designed a software, added a touch screen computer and a tool Presetter.

TW-Data was born..

Being confronted with small manifold production runs and the resulting machine setup time, a system was needed to simplify the process. The result of this effort brought a greater benefit and ease of operation than we hoped for.

S.A.M. was born.

What came next?                       Having developed this system for ourselves and operated it, showed the value it brings to the small to medium size CNC machine operators.

As a result we formed a new division with the mandate to:                                “ Create a Standard for the CNC-Machine-Setup.”                                       The system was redesigned for commercialization.

Our next steps!                                                                                                  Currently we are in the final stages of “ S.A.M. Version 8.2.0. “ Following the release of this version a Tool Room software version for multiple Tool-Walls is on the drawing board.
