What is Tool-Wall ?

Tool-Wall is a high volume CNC-Tool-Storage-System that can store up to 320 ea. 40 taper or 120 ea. 50 taper tool holders on a space saving footprint.

The Tool-Wall-Dual version can store up to 160 ea. 40 taper on one side and up to 60 ea. 50 taper tool holders on the other side.

Who is Tool-Wall for ?

Tool Wall is most suitable for those that have adopted the time saving “ 1 Tool - 1 Holder ” approach for their tooling.

Owners of machines with large 100+ Tool Magazines can unload the entire tool changer into one small Tool Wall or share the large tool investment effortlessly with other machines. The Tool Wall capacity is so large that you can match the tool pocket # with the Tool Wall receptacle #.

Shops with frequent “SET UP's” will find the Software a huge time saver that empowers less qualified employees to do it.
