/ Collaboration is done everywhere / Why not for CNC shops. It opens up a world of opportunities. Make additional profit by taking on more jobs than you could handle otherwise. Farm out prototyping to a Collaborating Shop and do the “Run” yourself or specialize in prototyping for others. Don’t loose customers because of too long delivery time. Don’t invest into more machines unless you have full time usage. Have a larger customer base by sharing. (When times are slower you have more work.) Take on jobs from everywhere and collaborate with a shop close to your customer. Use resources of collaborating shops. Collaboration = Win,Win for all

How to start:
Hover with your mouse over a CS icon. A tool description is displayed. Insert your tool that fits the description into that location of your Tool Wall and activate the tool in the software. The tool with its data is now displayed. Repeat with all your tools. Now you are synchronized with other collaborating shops and can run any external code providing the tool verification confirms you have the for the job needed tools in your system.
Tool Verification Feature: When farming out a job, ask the collaborator to mail you his tool list from Settings in his Tool Management Software. Run this list in your program and confirm they have all tools for the job. If the confirmation is “positive”, you found a collaborator that can run your part.
