The virtual Tool Wall represents the physical one. It displays the current location of all your tools. Track all your Tools and Holders in the virtual Tool Wall

Transfer your existing Set-Up-Sheet into the digital format of Tool Wall. Now your set-up is automated, offsets uploaded, tool deployment checked for tool life and the set-up time reduced to a few minutes.

Tools not returned !!

A Tool Room Manager option that tracks tools in transit. Tools that have been taken out of a machine but were not returned to the Tool Wall.

Tools taken out of a machine does not insure they have been brought back to the tool room. This new feature lets the tool room manager know where the not returned tool was last or if the tool is still serviced and has not been returned to Tool Wall.

In active development is the CS (Collaborative Shop) Database. The needed new UI is in place and the Syntax & database is worked on. Depending on the user feed-back, this process can be accelerated.

Collaboration Shop participants share work without sharing customer information and delivering the same part without any distinguishable difference of who made it. How? The Tool Wall storage system with the automated set-up feature makes it possible to run any proven job on any controller compatible machine anywhere in the world, providing all users have the same tools in the same home location in their Tool Wall. The Tool Location and Data Synchronisation is prompted at the initial tool placement. Only if the voluntary default tool placement is followed, simple TW collaboration is possible.
