Tool Wall is“Tool Holder Specific”!
Only tools of the same tool type with
the same pull-stud can be inserted
into the designated Tool Wall.
This avoids a mix-up of tools with
holders that have the same taper
but different pull-studs.
Store one type of tools on one side
and
store tools of another tool type on the other side.
Tool Wall Dual
Tool Wall Basic
Tool Wall Dual can be
differently configured.
1) Up to 320 ea. of the
same 40 taper tool
holder type.
2) 160 ea. of one type
40 taper and 160 ea.
of another type 40
taper tool holders.
3) 160 ea. of 40 taper
tool holders on one
side and 60 ea. of 50
taper tool holders on
the other side.
4) 120 ea. 50 taper
tool holders.
“Tool Wall Basic 40” is a 40 taper tiered
tool storage shelf. Tools are displayed in
front of you. No other storage system
stores so many tools on such a small
footprint. This system stores 160 - 40 taper
tools or 60 - 50 taper tools.

The software is written for a touch
screen computer. No mouse no keyboard
to get dirty. This PC runs the tool- and
job management and connects to the
presetter and your CNC machines.
A tool presetter is a must for the Tool
Wall System. Our software integrates the
tool presetter and if connected via RS232
the measured values can be uploaded
automatically.

No Tool Holder ?
If you prefer not to have a tool holder
for every tool, you still can use
Tool Wall to organize and manage
your tools. Insert our receptacle plug
and secure it with the “O-Ring”.
Drill the center to match the tool and
insert the tool bit.
This tool is now part of the system.
or
If you prefer to keep your tool holders
and your tools separate you can use
our “Common Tools” Tool Wall.
It allows you to track your tool holders
and your tools individually.
The Tool Wall System is very flexible
and adjusts to your requirements.
